I also found which is another source for. I am using Razer kraken pro v2 and it has a 3.5mm jack but when ever I plug it in Realtek HD audio manager let me choose one option, mic or headphones.

Also, it says to clean drivers installations with Driver Store Explorer I can now use headphones with the jack but the mic is still unrecognizedīut I don't know which one I should use, DTS, RTK ? My laptop does mention Dts headphone on the case.

Windows installed some basic audio driver I think. I have a HP G62 series laptop with Realtek HD Audio Manager and an iSymphony NC1 Headphone with a male to male 3.5 mm cord connected to my audio output jack. I uninstalled the current realtek audio from the app list and rebooted. I had drivers working to an extend, switching from speakers to headset (and not both) when I plugged it, drivers not working at all, drivers not recognizing the headset.

I tried many, uninstalling from the device manager and deleting the realtek folder from Program Files (x86) each time.
